Carcassone Jazz Week

If you love jazz, then this week is sure to delight you.
In a venue steeped in history (Jesuit College Chapel), which has recently been restored and specially fitted out for optimum acoustics, enjoy four evenings covering a vast repertoire of jazz performed by big bands, trios, sextets, etc…
The performances might be of the highest quality, but they're still within the price range of all jazz lovers

The Cité de Carcassonne set ablaze
More than 700.000 spectators are huddled together on the banks of the Aude to see the amazing fireworks. During more than 25 minutes you can admire flames of blue, white, yellow, green red, gold and a grandiose crowning piece. More than 1200 impacts in 6 seconds over 600 metres of frontage. 
Rallye Montagne Noire

This rally is held every year during the summer months. It is a great test of skill and bravery as the drivers race their way through the forests of the Montagne Noire.
The rally passes right through the village is is only 500 meters from the property.
Great Action and Excitement and all for free.

Four days of celebrations with music and food every evening.

Celebrations For Christmas and the New Year

In December, Carcassonne dons its Christmas coat and rivals in imagination to offer a magical Christmas to old and young alike.
The City is lit up from the town centre to the Cité Médiévale, offering passers-by animations that are each more surprising than the last, sensational attractions, concerts, street performances and magical scenery and lights.
